Rewards in Heaven.

Let us be more like Jesus, He said “He who receives you, receives me, and he who receives me receives him who sent me”.

In the Bible we learn of all of the incredible things Jesus did to help others. Can you remember that the disciples were the people that followed Jesus and he taught them about God‘s love and how they should live their lives. Jesus taught his disciples to visit people’s homes, spread God's message of love, give to others, be kind and reach out to those who do not know God.

So, more people learned and started giving this precious gift that Jesus taught them. It is important to listen to the word and read the bible so that we can be more like Him. This is a way for us to get to know Him and to seek His presence, because He is a holy God. If we help others there is a reward waiting for us. A big reward! This reward is that one day we will be with Jesus in heaven. Is that not something to think about? This is actually something far beyond our understanding. Is that not wonderful!

We can make others feel welcome with a smile, a handshake, or by offering a cup of cold water to someone who is thirsty. Helping mommy and daddy around the house and being loving to granny and grandpa.

These are just small little ways that you can make a difference in the world. Why don’t you see how many other little changes you can make in other people’s lives?  I am sure you can do that! I can look for someone who needs a little help and lend a hand, right? And I am sure that you can do so too. Just think how we can change the world as you share Jesus Christ‘s love with others, you welcome them into God's family and heavenly kingdom.

About Our Lessons

Dear Sunday school partners, all around the world. Please refer to your Bible and compare to see if you agree with our children Sunday school lessons.

The stories are not word for word out of the Bible, they are created from my own thoughts. I am only human, so please check the stories out first before using them.

These stories are based on easy words for children to understand, and my own thoughts. You are welcome to use your Bible to add or take away. At the bottom, there is space for you to give input and comments on the subjects. You are all welcome. We are there to make a difference in a child’s life so please come and let us work together for God’s kingdom.
