Jesus came to Earth for you and me. Jesus came to restore our relationship with God the Father. The death of Jesus on the cross is the most important event in history that affects our lives directly.
Since it was Adam and Eve who sinned and broke God’s laws in the first place, only another human being could pay the penalty of sin for the rest of mankind, and His name is Jesus. When Jesus came to the earth, He had to enter earth the same way you and I entered it – He had to be born from a woman, a mother.
There were things that the devil stole from mankind in the Garden of Eden. The devil tricked Adam and Eve by disobeying God. Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, God said, “You shall not eat of every tree of the garden.” Eve fell for the serpent tricks and Adam listened to Eve. So they were both disobedient to God.
So God had to bring in His only Son, Jesus Christ to save us from our sins Jesus, He is the Way, the Truth, and Life. Jesus gave us the way to have unity with God and to become one with God, our Father. Jesus came to seek and to save that which is lost, even His enemies and your enemies. Jesus did not come to take sides, He came to draw people to His side. If you choose to believe and receive Jesus’ body and blood as a sacrifice for your sins, and you are willing to give Him your life, then you receive His life. The teachings of Jesus are very important because His Words judge us.
The bible says Jesus died on the cross and went into the belly of hell for three days and three nights. He took back authority by taking back the keys of death and hell.
He who descended is the one who also ascended far above .For Jesus says to those that follow Him, “I am the living one. I died, but look--I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.”
Jesus Christ was the only human who ever lived a sinless life on earth. He never stole, he never told a lie, he never spoke a bad word towards someone else and never went against his parents’ wishes. He was the only one who could wash away the sins of the whole human race. Jesus Christ lived his life, with unconditional love here on earth.
I hope you too will see your way clear on doing so too, it will require that you treat all other people with the same love and mercy that Jesus showed to you. Try to live each day with joy so that you will be able to enjoy life with others around you. Make sure that God is always an important part of your life, because without Him you will never know the real gift, the inheritance and joy that He has left for you and me.

It is necessary to read your bible every day. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and guide you in God’s Word. Worship Him daily and have a quiet time with God and meditate on the Word daily. If you are not Jewish, that means you are a gentile which means that God has adopted you into his kingdom. He loves you just as much as our brothers and sisters in Israel, how awesome is that! Thank you Lord Jesus.
With each Sunday school lesson, I try to give the kids special verses, activities and pictures to color in. Below you will find the download links for the special verse of the day and more. Please feel free to use them as you like for personal use in your own Sunday school classes. The wording and any images on this website are not to be sold or reproduced in any publications online or offline. I drew these pictures so that you could add your own verses to them for the day. Color the edgings with marker pens and a little bit of glitter. You can hand them out to the children to take home as bible verses for the day, even better if each child has a separate book, they can paste it into their own book.
