Hi, my name is Ann. I have been giving sunday school for eight years now, and have learnt a few things. I have learnt to listen to the Holy spirit; that is where I get my inspiration and Sunday school ideas from.
My ideas flow better, if I give it to God.
As a child and young woman, I did not have any confidence.
As I became an adult and when I met the man God gave me. I quickly started changing, my confidence in myself increased. I thank God for the husband that I received, he gave me the confidence I needed, always uplifting me.
God helped me be a mother to my children and a good wife to my husband by God’s grace I was blessed to be a stay at home Mom. Being around my children and learning to know God, it was the best years I had and I would not change it for anything.
We had hard times when Errol (my husband) and I started. It was only when we started serving God, and giving our lives over to Him that we started seeing the progress in our lives.
My husband and I would not want to change the difficult years that we had, it reminds us to appreciate what God has done in our lives. Through the years God’s blessing have grown in our lives and we never took them for granted or forget where we started.
When I give my children a chance to express themselves in speech and creativity, it increases their understanding of the lesson and makes the bond between me and my kids stronger.
There is no right or wrong way of doing your Sunday school lessons. It's all about having great fun with the kids, and by doing this, it's easier to implant the word of God in their hearts.
Always have a hearing ear towards each child. Each one of them is different; some like to draw, some don't. Try to discover, how each one learns the best and find a happy medium for all.
Encourage each child to take part, even if it is just to hand out pencils or pictures.
"Dear Father, I pray for my sisters and brothers in the body of Christ, especially those that serve you as Sunday school teachers. Father, I pray that they will be supplied with all the knowledge and the creativity they need for the Sunday school work. Lord, let them love the work and the children you have created for your kingdom. Teach them patience, kindness and above all to love what they are doing.
Let your joy fill them Lord. Let us be focused on You Lord and let our aim be to be more like You, and to be a blessing to You Father.
I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
As a Sunday school teacher, I know that this is my calling, it gives me great pleasure to serve my Lord in this way. The children that are in my class are a blessing to me, I have so much to give them and I have so much fun with them. I look forward to serving them and telling them about Jesus. I pray that God will use me in this calling for many years to come and to give me the creativity to always make it fun for the children.
I hope that you will find this website useful and that you will come back again and again!

Dear Sunday school partners, all around the world. Please refer to your Bible and compare to see if you agree with our children Sunday school lessons.
The stories are not word for word out of the Bible, they are created from my own thoughts. I am only human, so please check the stories out first before using them.
These stories are based on easy words for children to understand, and my own thoughts. You are welcome to use your Bible to add or take away. At the bottom, there is space for you to give input and comments on the subjects. You are all welcome. We are there to make a difference in a child’s life so please come and let us work together for God’s kingdom.
