Joseph, who was a follower of Jesus, got permission from Pilate to take Jesus’s body away for burial. The man who earlier had visited Jesus at night was called Nicodemus who brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes to Joseph. Nicodemus, was asked by Joseph to help prepare Jesus’s body.
They wrapped his body in fine strips of linen and special spices. There was a garden, and in the garden was a tomb, dug out in the mountain, which no one had ever been laid in. They placed Jesus’s body in this tomb. As the stone was rolled across the entrance of the tomb to seal it, Mary Magdalene and some other women were standing close by watching. The feeling of sadness was very present that day.
The following day was a Jewish Sabbath day and the Jews asked Pilate for men to guard the tomb. The reason why they did this was because they remembered what Jesus had said, about rising from the dead on the third day. Some women and Mary Magdeline returned to the tomb on the Sunday at sunrise. When they reached the tomb, they found that the huge stone covering the entrance was rolled back and the guards had disappeared. Inside the tomb, the women and Mary Magdeline found an angel of the Lord.
The angel spoke to them saying ”Do not be afraid” Jesus is not here. He is risen from the dead. Look, this is where his body was. The angel said, Go and tell the disciples the good news. You will see him soon in Galilee, just as He promised.” The women ran to the disciples to tell them what had happened.
Peter and John ran to the tomb and saw for themselves that the tomb was empty, all that was there were the burial clothes. Peter and John believed what had been said to them and hurried away, and Mary Magdeline was left weeping at the entrance of the tomb. “Why are you crying? A voice asked her. Mary Magdeline thought it must be the Gardner. She said “Sir, if you’ve taken my Lord, please tell me where I can find Him, and I will go and take care of Him.” "Mary Magdeline! It is I", Jesus said. She was overjoyed. Jesus told her to go and tell all the disciples and family that she had seen Him.

When you read your bible, you will quickly discover that God loves Israel and His people. God had a bigger plan, He wanted all mankind to take part in His plan.
Jesus is the way, he died so that you and I can enter the kingdom of heaven through Jesus Christ our savior. The word speaks of Gentiles, which means every culture and nation has a chance to enter the kingdom of heaven by repenting from our sins and receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior.
As we read the word of God and grow in Him, you will find that Jesus Christ was a loving and caring man. This is how God wants us to be, to take on the image of Jesus Christ to walk the walk and to talk the talk. To spread the word around the world so that all can receive eternal life and love like Jesus did. Nothing is impossible with God.

Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb.
And they asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?”
At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid.
If you would like to do research, you will find it in Matthew 27-28; Mark 15-16; Luke 23-24 and John 19-20.
